Is Stafford after 12 years considered elite? lol, NO! Stafford had his first 100 QB rating at year 11. Goff had two by his second year.

It's basically trading 9 premium picks for a QB that has fully matured his talents vs a raw QB that has shown great potential but still has lots to improve. When you have Donald and Ramsey playing at their peak it makes sense to bring in the QB that has the higher efficiency now, but its one hell of a dump of future potential in picks and player.

I was not 100% behind the trade, but I hope Stafford throws for 45TDs.

Now, I would also like to see Goff do well, and maybe let McVay know that he did fail to give Goff a legit center and deep threat, and maybe that grounds him a bit going forward, but I digress.

The Rams will look at the depth of the draft & then circle player of needs.It helps eliminate the mistakes.
I don’t even know what most players look like this year.SCOUTING has been limited.I’m sure The Rams have players later in the draft they have graded higher than other teams.
I also think that is why you get that trade back. —Fisher I believe wanted certain positions & certain players.I don’t agree with them as much.Les Snead finds players.He identifies them & he sells them to Mcvay. I’m sure Mcvay puts his stamp on it going into the say 2021 draft.
If you had ever heard More(Les) in his quotes & interviews when he was in St.Louis. He use to say guess what.
Well I guess Mcvay is a LOT better All/Around HC than Jeff Fisher ever was.I also think he is a better evaluator.. - Joyner is a good example & that DB that Mcvay started & then just flat out cut one day ? EJ Gaines I believe was in that same draft ? Maybe even Tavon.
My point is there is a lot of pieces to the puzzle.Les Snead is a Mad Scientist type.He knows the value of the board.He has all this weird & different facts.Where players were born & there connections.
Sean Mcvay has Big Balls & he trust Les Snead & all The Rams staff.He really is a team guy.He has his coaches all getting into there groups.This week before the draft will add more info that goes into Les Sneads calculations.

Dude, The way I S.P.E.L.L. It out might not be right. The Truth is if you look back at 2019 & 2020 you can see what the perspective we’re going into each season.
I can TELL(post) you my thoughts & ways I think a player should have been & suprised me.I have views on all Ram players.The ones I don’t have I take an Educated guess.
Imo your a passionate Rams Fan that knows this team well.I agree with you on a lot of things,others not so much.An example is Bryce Hopkins.Here is a solid kid coming out of the 2020 draft.Les Snead see’s value.Has Bryce Hopkins rated high & had high hopes for him as a GM.2020 there was NO PRESEASON & Hopkins didn’t get experience he might have.

Anyway I can go on forever.I believe I have away of breaking downs players.Last season more than ever I would see one player at a Excellent level & then the next game want him off the team.Others I see potential & not given the chance to play.Missing Reps he should have had.As a Fan we only have so much info as well.


-Darius Williams is a guy with a 1st rd tag.However The NFL & The Rams slice a UDFA is a process through them & the Players association.In the MLB it’s different.Ohtani is another different case.
In 2023 The Rams might get a 3rd rd comp pick for Darius Williams?

Snead was desperate to trade back. He came into this draft with the mindset of trading back. You could see he wanted to trade back at #57 as the Rams used the entire clock. Problem was so many teams had traded up at that point there seemed to be no dance partners.
