Put Reeder on the practice squad because I guarantee you, no one will claim him.Btw.. as long as it’s not at the cost of losing Paul or Dolac, I’m fine if Reeder is on the team

Quite frankly both Wyatt Bowles & Ben Dooley have shown well. With all of the Bubble players names thrown around, it seems one interior guy is flying under the radar. With the fan base at least. Ben Dooley, has been playing RG with the second half group and has been top 5 PFF grades, and has allowed 0 pressures in 2 games. Yet Bowles, who was BOTTOM 5 PFF against the Cowgirls, seems to be getting a lot of buzz.
We are probably talking about the 3-4 practice squad slots with these guys anyway. Maybe 2 interior lineman. Does Bowles pass the eye test with some of you more? I've only seen game highlight footage, but Dooley seems to be doing pretty well.
Me too, unless they actually play him at MLBBtw.. as long as it’s not at the cost of losing Paul or Dolac, I’m fine if Reeder is on the team
I'd keep him as the 5th over anyone they currently have behind the top 4.Put Reeder on the practice squad because I guarantee you, no one will claim him.
The one thing with Bowles is his age. Already 25.Quite frankly both Wyatt Bowles & Ben Dooley have shown well.
Anyone wanna take a shot at the top 10?I realize there are very few competitive OL slots for the 53-man roster open to competition, in the eyes of Rams brass. And do we keep 9? 10? 11? Plus, there is IR, and hiding an "injured" guy on the 53 and just keep 11 guys. I don't know.
I do wish the league would expand the rosters a bit. It seems ridiculous all the manipulating of these men's lives, whether for roster slots/practice squad, or for salary cap reasons, it takes away from what should be organic reasons for building a roster, and the focus on the game itself.
I think it probably speaks to his work in OTAs and training camp too. It does not seem he's progressed mentally and he may have even taken a step back athletically.I am also surprised with the Rams training camp/evaluation of Beaux Limmer. I thought he had the center position locked up, even after the Rams signed Shelton. I figured Limmer would have improved year 2 and thought he had a pretty good rookie season to boot. But that last play against Jalen Carter must have been the last straw for McVay. It's pretty obvious now that McVay is blaming him for that mistake in the NFCCG and not Dotson (JMO). Maybe he wasn't getting the line calls right all year long and still hasn't progressed? But for him to be playing most of the preseason tells me the coaches are not that high on him, especially with all of the other young guys playing well. He could be a practice squad candidate and I would not have a problem with that if they think Dedich or Lampkin or whoever can be better.
Knowing McVay's preference for vets, my guess is:Anyone wanna take a shot at the top 10?
Anyone got a read on Quessenberry? No clue how he's done this TCKnowing McVay's preference for vets, my guess is:
A. Jackson (assuming OK)
Avila
Shelton
Dotson
Havenstein
Humpfries
Limmer
Dedich
McClendon
Quessenberry (assuming more worry re OT than IOL)
That leaves for PS:
Leviston
Lampkin (IR4?)
Bowles
Dooley
Arcuri
Wedig
BC
Dooley's 24. Bowles from Utah most likely received extra year of eligibility plus many of those Utah guys do their missionary work too adding to the collegiate experience. The one thing with Bowles is his age. Already 25.
No problem. It happens frequently.Sorry dude , I started a thread with similar information
I didn’t realize we were tracking IR assignee’s here.

If he makes it through the final preason game, he might get traded for a late round choice in 2027.Anyone got a read on Quessenberry? No clue how he's done this TC

He looked really good against the Cowboys. I didn't spend a lot of time focusing on anyone last weekend though... may have had to do with the 12 pack of Octoberfest I was downing.Anyone got a read on Quessenberry? No clue how he's done this TC
Is it October already? He looked really good against the Cowboys. I didn't spend a lot of time focusing on anyone last weekend though... may have had to do with the 12 pack of Octoberfest I was downing.
I like veteran backup swing tackles.I'm hearing Quessenbery is doing a solid job and has a real chance at making the 53-man roster
Reeder has always been solid on special teamsI'd keep him as the 5th over anyone they currently have behind the top 4.
This has been my suspicion all along, especially since the Rams lost hoecht.I’ve mentioned it before. Reeder is a lock to be a lead on special teams and will back up Landman and Speights.
