Yeah, its a good question in terms of depth.I'm not sold on McClendon due to some spotty performances lat year, but from reading the tea leaves I think the backup swing tackle spot is McClendon's to lose unless he just craps the bed. Since he did not play against Dallas that is usually a sign he is basically a lock.
I like Detich and would like to see him on the team, but will the Rams keep three interior guys? Limmer, Lampkin, and Deditch can play any three of the interior spots and that provides great flexibility but maybe that redundancy means they only need to keep two of the three. Quesenberry showed well against Dallas, but will they keep three backup tackles over three interior guys? They might keep all three (Humphrey, McClendon, and Quesenberry) if Jackson is a no-go week 1 but if Jackson is ready to go, I expect them to only keep 2 unless they feel AJ's health status is still tenuous.
I would certainly keep all three interior OL guys given the Rams recent OL injury history.
I would not want to risk losing one on the PS. If one of the three goes to the PS it will probably be Dedich, but, Id like to keep all three.
The T battle beaten Quessenberry and McClendon is one to watch for sure.
