Maybe we should invite them to the GDT's.Maybe the fokes at Weather.com are a bunch of pessimistic wet mops.
Well aren't you just a bastion of joy! With this being a week out, the fact that the rain is predicted before and after the game means its most likely going to rain during the game. I've seen this happen way too often for other sporting events here. Lets hope for the best.
I’m much further up the coast near north CA border but the same thing happened up here. Yesterday we were expecting rain, now it shows a sunny day Saturday.Rain’s currently pretty much been eliminated from Saturday’s forecast here...so it seems

Wow! I am on the coast 52 miles north of Crescent City on 101 in Gold Beach. Yes, we live on a beautiful coastline. One of the most beautiful in the world. I just got my motorcycle endorsement and enjoy riding here in the Summer. My sister lives in Ashland, are you near there or more on the coast? That said, I rode my motorcycle up the coast past Crescent City and into OR. One of the most beautiful rides ever.
How far up did you come?My sister lives in Ashland, are you near there or more on the coast? That said, I rode my motorcycle up the coast past Crescent City and into OR. One of the most beautiful rides ever.

Oh ok. You kinda missed out on the most beautiful part! Between Brookings and Port Orford it’s gorgeous on a nice day. Meyers Creek near Gold Beach is where they filmed a Mercedes commercial. Maybe next time!Just far enough to the first gas station to fuel up on cheaper OR gas, and get a few quarts of oil.
My buddy and I were on our Beemers (mid '70s air-cooled) on a mini iron butt, 1000 mi in under 24 hrs. We did 1,029 mi in 19 hrs. Mexican border to Oregon border. Once we hit OR, we had to make a U-ey back home. Gorgeous up there.
