That's easy to say when you're not the one getting fired for playing hardball. Murray has a lot of leverage.

For me, RW is light years better than Murray. RW HAS won a Super Bowl, he just doesn’t do well with AD coming after his ass and Peter not beefing up that Oline, along with letting the defense go to crap. To me, there is no real comparison.

It's an interesting and amusing read. As I've posted prior, you could see the fear he had of the Ram pass rush. There is no franchise that I can think of that will trade for him and I think he will move on to MLB. He's got a contract with the A's. This makes the Card's decision easy for not extending him on a 5th year option.

I guess the Rams are a career ending team for QBs. LOL
