5. John Lynch and Shanny Firing, and Billy Devaney and Spags Hiring in Frisco... - pendingLet’s look at this like a to do list;
- 49’ers lose out on Stafford - complete
- 49’ers no first round draft picks until 2024 - complete
- Garapollo gets hurt/traded/butthurt - pending
- Lance busts - pending
Somethings up with "Cabo"! What's going on down there? Why does it seem the NFL is holding secret operations South of the Border? Did any NFL player or front office personnel NOT visit Cabo this offseason? Mafia? WTF is going on down there?
What also stands out is the sheer speed and aggressiveness of Snead and McVay to make the deal happen. They dived in with the best offer at the last minute on Saturday evening. Shanahan decided to sleep on it. But the next day was too late. Just like the hiring of McVay before SF could do so.As much as I love this trade there is nothing wrong with some reaffirmation.
The fact that Shanny wanted him and we pulled the rug out from under a 9er.........
Makes this deal 100 times better. LOL.
Also don't forget that the 9er's were one of a few other teams interested.
And just like the fans, a lot of these teams didn't realize just how good Stafford was until they put the film on.
Apparently Nobody watched the Lions unless they were on their schedule. SMH
We call that snipe bidding on Ebay....lolWhat also stands out is the sheer speed and aggressiveness of Snead and McVay to make the deal happen. Oh.... and it doesn't surprise me that he didn't know McSlay and Stafford were in Cabo at the same time he was. Who in the fuck would want to be around that miserable looking mf-er...? Our Bois obviously didn't.
LOLOLOLOL
Hahahahahahaaaaa

Q- Arsenal fans who are they??Arsenal fans around the world would like a word with you and failing that a lynching will be planned. They hate Kroenke with a passion and blame him for everything.
You normally have to pay for something great,,,I believe Shanahan was the 9er first choice. Les Snead though gets things done.Stafford was not cheap. From my post above the 9ers kept Jimmy G-strings. The Rams gave up Jared Goff.Which did not come cheap trading all those picks.
nevermind not worth itQ- Arsenal fans who are they??
A- Don't give a Fuck
Summary
Stan is the MF man in Ramland.
Best stadium in NFL. He is the Anti-Jerry.
Nuf said. Stan ROCKS!!!
Correct Sir , IMO & not being a big salary cap guy, think The Rams are saving. If that is true then how many extra players do The Rams have from the savings ? DJ1 ??You normally have to pay for something great,,,
Why is Shanny still talking? He was late to the party and missed out, bad luck, but now do you need to be telling everybody how much you wished you could’ve been there? Jimmy knows his time starting is limited and now his coach says If I’d known I’d have dumped him on the spot. Either Shanny is one cold bastard or he really likes Lance.
And, OH so competitive! I believe Shanny in what he said that if he knew about them meeting in Cabo, he'd have shown up and made everyone uncomfortable with a last pitch at Stafford. I think he would have...lolMcVay straight asks him about what he thought laughing about it. Sean probably knew the 49ers made a pitch and wanted to gloat a little.
They also mention how the issue with Jimmy isn't skill but availability.
We as fans tend to forget, Sean is close friends with 2 of our 3 divisional rival coaches.
Definitely not. We would have missed this delicious schadenfreude if he went all Bellicheat on us..I usually disagree with everything Foolio says but this time I actually agreed with "some" of what he said.
Shanahan should have kept his mouth shut. Crapola as others have said must really be feeling low at about this time.
