One pic Shows one the DL pushing off on the Long Snapper to get up in the air. Which should have been a flag,Karty made his first 6 kicks without issue (2XP, 4FG) so I'm not sure what happened
It was that plus a low kick for me. The whole setup was bad not once but twice....fucking AI don’t blame karty for the blocked kicks. I blame guys up front getting run over by DL and blocking kick right up the middle.
If so, yes, but would you really expect this shitty ref crew to call it or the NFL to admit it?One pic Shows one the DL pushing off on the Long Snapper to get up in the air. Which should have been a flag,
He’s not the same Rob he’s ok but tbh they need his replacement sooner then laterHuh? What game are you watching?
Okay, sure. Then who's our backup center? This could be true, that was discussed in other threads. Not sure, but if the kicks are low, they need to make the adjustment pronto and as I have posted in other threads, it is time to cut ties with Beaux Limmer.
Exactly. The only reason we looked bad in the redzone is the 2 overthrows. I mean those looked like Caleb Williams throws in the first game of the season against the Vikings. They weren't even close. If I could choose 1 moment in the game to alter ever so slightly, its that first slant to Adams in the endzone. It was less then a 10 yard throw but Stafford airmailed it. Adams had his guy beat and just needed a average to below average throw and we score a TD rather then have to kick a FG. I'm not asking for much here.
Justin Dedich played center for a couple of years at USC.Okay, sure. Then who's our backup center?
Okay, sure. There's some projection there because he hasn't played that position in a while but rn Dedich is our primary backup OG who's currently starting because of injury. So that still leaves us without a backup C?Justin Dedich played center for a couple of years at USC.
He was that one kick away from being STs player of the week. It would have been his 5th FG and and all those knuckle ball KOs were dominating. This game will be defined by those two blocked kicks.
But what Karty did off the kick-off all day was incredible.
That was a major advantage he provided for our team the entire game.

My point is I understand the heartache and disappointment atm but we've already replaced him as a starter in the offseason and we're not going to find much better as a backup on short notice midseason.
The guy is a 6th round draft pick three games into his second year. Why is literally right now the time to cut ties? With the injuries on the interior OL we currently have? And are we conceding that it's impossible for players to develop and improve so early into their career?
I immediately thought the same.Karty's kickoffs are a weapon for field position. But I gotta wonder, Did practicing those low kicks affect his field goal kicks? Subconsciously kicking lower than before? I don't know what the problem is, but its something they gotta fix fast. If blocked kicks continue to be a problem we're gonna lose more games.
