McVay's coaching tree keeps growing. Wonder if we'll go outside the organization with a guy like Greg Olson or Jay Gruden or if we'll promote from within with a guy like Thomas Brown. O'Connell coached Kirk Cousins in Washington, and the Vikings have a talented roster. I wouldn't be surprised if he's another success from Sean's tree.

I'm not tracking their offseason or anything. So no idea what they're planning. But I would expect they just draft a QB for KoC to develop so I'd expect they keep Cousins around in the meantime so that they can win some games.
