Yeah plenty of people have to be a the bottom before they will change - but some get to the bottom and don't come out. To say its because "they didn"t want to as bad" I'm not sure I've read anything so ignorant. And just because your an addict or someone else is doesn't make it right.

You tell me dont stand and tell you someone else's mind - yet you are doing that.

Also you are acting like your thought process or whatever you believe is the difference for everyone else.

Haha whatever you say boss. Im done arguing. You believe what you want. Just hit that ignore button on me. I have no desire to deal with someone so closed minded. In fact. Ill hit that button myself and we can just pretend the other never existed.

I suffer from chronic depression. I have had a string of family deaths, divorce, accidents, illnesses all happen one after the other and compounded and went undiagnosed. I was crabby, irritable, sleepy, and even on medication still am. I'm doing better. But it was me, me choosing to try. It's extremely difficult for me. I don't choose to feel this way, I don't put the thoughts in my head.

I don't have an addicting personality, so I haven't gone to drugs or alcohol like so many do in my situation. But I can see it and understand the reason to want to escape. They have a need or pull that i don't have. I can't understand that part.

But feeling helpless and unable to fix yourself, I understand completely. I've done everything. Time is the only thing that helps me, it lessens the hurt and pain. Plus finally having things fall into place, financially helps a lot.

But my problems would surely not exist if I had the chance to be an NFL player.

You should watch Gary Gulman's stand up special - he got a scholorship to play division one football - he didn't last a week because of his depression issues. luckily for him one of the coaches sent him to a therapist, which was one of the things that saved his life.

A high pressure, do or die environment is likely, for most people going to make things worse.

Yes seriously. Flaws? Check myself? Who are you to point out flaws or render opinions on “agendas” ...wtf is that even about? Who are any of us to denounce any others opinion on weed in these days and times. You didnt point out factual flaws in anything. There were, in fact, no actual facts in the post you were responding to.

The comment you responded to was partially made in jest anyway.

Tell me, what could this great “agenda” be that you allude to? Legslization of weed? The white man keeping the black man down? What AGENDA do you actuslly see here?:ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO::LOL::rolleyes:
