Hey, if we have to lose someone, at least it isn't Bones. Someone is going to back up the Brinks truck for that guy to become a head coach, so, I hope he's with us a few more years.

Well, I trust McVay to have someone in mind to replace him.
I do as well.

He's (McVay) connected and has enough personal expertise to know a good QB coach when he sees one. Obviously, he thought Olson was the best available at that time... who knows who might be available when/if the time comes to replace Olson.

Their reporting it as fact not speculation.
