The Commish is just the Owner's stooge, even if one owner is against him. Not really smart of them to press this matter into our faces...at least for me, it kills my love of the game when I think too deeply about how little the owners care for the fans, besides separating us from our money.....
This is the owners reminding Jerry he’s no more important than the rest of them.
Of course Jones is acting like a spoiled brat here but I have to say that Goodell has not been very impressive as commissioner.
The way he handled the cheaters was pretty much a cover-up.
He has been incredibly inconsistent in the officiating.
It's been horrendous.
He seemed clueless in how to get in front of this kneeling controversy.
