I read an interview where Martz said if he came back, it would be on his terms, coaching his offense his way.

Seems like there's got to be some serious damage/baggage that comes along with Mike Martz that keeps him from getting another HC shot.

I thought if Gase got a HC gig, that would be a good place for Martz to coach but Gase didn't get one.

I really think it's a shame he's not coaching, the NFL is worse for it, imo...
