Is Donald coming back??

Since the Garrett signing, AD hasn't publicly shut down the comeback rumors. If he had zero interest, it would've been easy to say so. Instead, the speculation continues while training camp gets closer.

Does it mean he's coming back? No. But "no news" could mean he's seriously exploring the idea, getting himself in shape, and seeing how he feels before deciding.

Until AD says it's over, I'll keep believing there's a chance.

You don’t need to hear about it.It’s like last season,there was a point rumors started.
Now IMO there’s a better chance this season.The Rams have a certain amount of CAp SPACE. It’s the ONLY WAY I think it could happen.

Look back at what happened when The Rams WON the Superbowl.There is a couple examples,but Weedle would be the biggest.
Then you have AD99 in 2017 & 2018.If you look back at things then. ONE THING is he AIN’T going be at TRAINING CAMP (preseason)4 SURE. If at all it will be if The Rams have a solid chance at the BYE ?? That has changed SO only 1 team will get the BYE.Winning the division & staying at home(LA) might be enough to get him to training after the trade deadline ??

Man Weddle really did help this team alot. It would be really awesome if Donald came back, and its not out of the question. Overall I am excited to see this team play. We got great coaches, and former Rams players who are now on the coaching staff.

Frankly at this point I think AD has committed to coming back.

He's dropped so many hints in the last couple months... everybody would give him shit if he backed out now. And rightfully so.

I think AD has already confirmed his comeback to McVay and a few other select people. But they are keeping a lid on it for now.

When Fisher was coaching AD99 at UCI would abuse J.Brown on 1 on 1’s. It was cool the way it was set up early in the process.Then sponsors & everything else took over the field.
AD99 missed like 2 training camps under Mcvay,because of his 4th & 5th years under his rookie contract.
I always wish The Rams waited until the 5th years with Gurley & Goff.The Gurley signing was Horrible.I don’t think he sits out like Bell did.He had another year under his contract.
I know I’m going off into the deep end,but the Steelers played that right.As far as Goff went though you sort of need your QB there 24/7.Not sure how that drama all went down,but he had signed & during COVID The Rams had everyone back on offense.
imo he spent a bunch of time getting a little with that hit model GF he had securing in place.
He got Paid & wasn’t putting in the time he did before I believe in Mcvays eyes.Darnold beats Goff’s with his 0~13 Jets the first season at SOFI. I regress but back to AD99 when he was in training camp with Stafford he’d abuse Brian Allen(coach),but could slow down practice at times.

I get it ! Thanks. Have never been a big Chargers Fan,but had a couple excellent years in Baltimore as well taking over for a legend.The Rams got Weddle real late in his career. Jalen Ramsey respected him.The timing was great because against the Ravens he & Rapp got into it.Having veteran players can help. Then again having OBJ & Von Miller didn’t hurt either.
 
That’s a lot there.Tried to reduce ,reuse & probably replace that post.

Then again it’s just another day .

And I also believe its PART of the reason we haven't handed out extensions yet to our eligibles, Puka, Kobie, BY.

I think AD announces he’s coming back one week prior to camp starting…which also happens to be my birthday.
