Uhhhhhhhh. Some don't like McVay????? After the Rams went over a decade of horrible coaching and decisions. I guess you don't like 5 winning seasons in a row and in the playoffs 4 out of 5. And now the Rams are a destination franchise for free agents. Hmmmmmmm not sure what some of you want.

Hey @OntarioRam you've kinda won me over with your well-thought out posts pointing out McVay's flaws. I'd now agree he has some bad tendencies (especially regarding predictability and a willingness to abandon the run too early).
Having said all that... I gotta say this recent five game win streak has renewed my faith in him. Five years, five straight winning seasons, on the verge of the #2 seed. And he's been committing to a power game with Michel more, lately.
I am most definitely a fan of McVay. Just curious, what would it take to convert you over to the "fan of McVay" camp? Is it SB win or bust?

I get frustrated with McVay sometimes but there isn't another coach anywhere, that I can think of, who would be better.
lets put it this way.... prob 90% of the league would give us like 3 years of first round picks to take him.

I've never been concerned with McVay.
I was concerned seriously with Morris, but now that he's actually employing legit 3-4 fronts and shutting down the run, thus letting the DL play to its strengths, the entire D has turned around.
I'm a lot more positive on Morris than I was after that 3 game losing streak where it wasn't the losses, but HOW we were losing that so concerned me.
Credit to Morris for breaking out of a truly horrendous pattern and leveraging the strengths of this D.
