Bout 7 for me as well. I agree with @LesBaker, great mattress makes all the difference. I’m am naturally an early riser. Usually up around 5 with no alarm.

I probably get 5 to 6 on average. I rarely stay asleep longer than 5 though. Today is messed up. I woke up yesterday at about 3pm, went to work at 11pm and haven't been back to sleep yet because I have to be at work at 4am. It's 6:30pm now, hoping to crash by 9pm.

Usually in bed reading by 10. Asleep by 11 and up at 5:45

But almost always take a quick 20 minute nap after working in the sun for 8-10 hours every day

I am loving the Fitbit. Really like the sleep tracking. I am averaging 6 hours and 51 minutes my first full week with it on. An 8 hour lazy Sunday sleep with an hour and a half nap in the afternoon bumped it up a bit. It tracks how much time you’re in light, deep, and REM sleep and compares it to the average for men my age. I am always slightly lacking in deep sleep when comparing but get more than enough of the other kinds. Might have to drink less coffee at night lol.

During the summer I get about seven hours most nights. I can't sleep in much past sunrise, but I work from home and usually take an hour-ish nap during the day as well.

In the winter I could sleep in for another hour or so when the days are shorter, but I usually just set an alarm to keep me from doing so.
