New methods or does 10 x 0 = 10 now? Lol

it was weird how you would show your kids how to work out some calculations and they would tell you you're doing it wrong. how is it wrong when you get the right answer?
.
Maybe. But I think there's every reason to expect Everett to play well this season. He's got the offense down. He is in a contract season. I expect him to play well enough that fans will clamor for us to sign him (and he'll get a nice fat contract on the FA market) but IMO for the Rams that ship has sailed.![]()
I showed my stepson how to do division and the kid came home saying he got an F for doing it wrong even though he got the right answer every time.it was weird how you would show your kids how to work out some calculations and they would tell you you're doing it wrong. how is it wrong when you get the right answer?

Yup.I showed my stepson how to do division and the kid came home saying he got an F for doing it wrong even though he got the right answer every time.
WTF
It is bullshit too. I was taught the old fashion way and I can still calculate the change faster than the cashiers calculating it on the cash register.Yup.
They want to see the common core method as proof.
Instead of solving a math problem as a whole, common core breaks every equation down to 100s / 10s / 1s. Somewhat like a hand written abacus.
They also have many different formats for doing so. Which can get confusing.
