Well, maybe not Fiske, however, my post was based on the premise that everyone is always clamoring to trade down and acquire more picks. Again, in order to do that, one requires a team looking to trade up and also ensure the compensation is fair and equitable.

For sure coach Den,I’m always about Trading Back!!

Then again You can look back at my post & see in 2017 Wanted that Florida State RB Cook.Plus Kupp & Kittle. There was that other WR though I did like better than Kupp.Ryenolds wasn’t a bad draft pick or most of the Rams draft picks.I’d say the Rams best draft until this 2023Draft.

In 2021 Wanted to Trade up for Johnathan Taylor.The Rams needed a Stud RB & the value was there.None of those 3 First draft picks made it as Rams through there first contracts.IMO it would’ve been a lot less than that ? Basically Cam Akers & Van Jefferson for Taylor??

In 2022 I wanted The Rams to trade up for LANDON DICKERSON!! They needed a Center,but really Brian Allen was a Ram & he was small.Having a Big Guard who could play Center is what The Rams needed.I know everyone talks about Creed Humpries,but I’m about value & finding that STUD for value.He is The MAIN reason for The TUSH PUSH imo at LG.

Mcvay has wanted to trade up the past few years.Now they are in a Sweet Spot!! My guess is they go with the USC WR . Maybe a Tackle Falls to them ?? In all honesty I’m just a pure spectator with not a lot of opinion this year.

I find it very interesting what direction The Rams want to go.Then again a Top WR seems like the call.The Rams don’t have a WR on the roster in 2027.They already addressed CB. It’s all about fitting the SALARY CAP in that BOX!!

Remember guys...just because the Rams trade back, doesn't necessarily mean the guy they want will be there when it's time to make a selection.

They would only trade back if there are several guys they like. If it’s down to one guy, they will stay put and pick.
 
I find no fought in this ritual.
It's a Die Hard Ram's fans right of passage here at what I consider
the King of Ram fans forums. This IS ROD let the cries of the disappointed ring.
My favorite prospect is a long shot so I am already preparing to be let down.
But as soon as I am free of my pouting corner, I will come around to whoever
or whatever happens.:)
