I've been wanting to try this meal for years, Chilaquiles, My wife and I finally stumbled on the opportunity to share it together. It was incredible. We had the green sauce style.

I am jonesing to make my own style tomorrow night! Does anyone have recipe they want to share? preference red/green?

Hard to get more perfect than that.

I'm actually getting the night off from the kitchen. My wife is making a baked chicken and doing mash potatoes and gravy with green beans from our garden. My oldest son is coming over to watch the game.
