40% on average below market value.

Face value would be at a loss.

How would face value not be break even (if you bought the tickets from the Rams)? I don’t understand the ticketing policy over there that’s for sure.

People invested tens of thousands of dollars for the SSL rights to these seats many with 10 year loans at 8% interest.

This is a different situation for sure. I took losses on face value during the season as well.

I am just trying to be fair. And it has got weird.

I'm not trying to dig you out at all just wondering how it all works. I’m a bit baffled to be honest, all very alien to me. I have no idea what an SSL is.

It may not be the right place for this, but i thought I would throw it out there. Of course this is just season tickets.

@Memento , I think In-n-Out is good and I wouldn't miss getting a double cheeseburger and fries and shake if I went there again. BUT, I think Braum's cheeseburgers are just as good and the bun is better at Braums.... Braums is available in Kansas and Oklahoma, Texas, but don't remember about Misery.....

I'm not sure about Missouri either. I still want to try In-and-Out, but Braum's is another thing on my bucket list.

Also, you spelled "Kansas" wrong; it doesn't begin with "M". :p

Your question didn't come off like that considering the conversation and I apologize if I came up snippy. It did not include any reason why you were questioning the process.

This has only become weird with the impression people are selling their tickets to whiner fans to make a profit. Which is plainly not the case. They are selling their extra seats they find themselves having because of their position in life and selling them to those that do not want to take the risk and responsibility of seat ownership. Of course there are exceptions. The SSL system used to issue these seats I honestly can not see how the good or even decent seats could have largely been bought by brokers.

The attempt to try and get these tickets into other Rams fans at 60% the rate it would cost on the secondary market I would hope one could understand as the very definition of being a "good" Rams fan.

Believe me, it is much easier to list them on Ticketmaster with a couple flips of a button with the monies magically showing up in my checking account 7-10 days after the game is played.

No question. I don't think anyone is dogging you out or questioning you.

Otoh, on twitter there are season ticket holders who are outright BRAGGING about making obscene amounts of money off of Whiner fans. And sorry, I don't think nearly half of the freaking tickets are being sold by people with life issues getting in the way.

For the most part, this is shit profiteering which has ALWAYS been an issue in LA, but never to this degree.

Even when I went to the Laker finals in 85 and 86, there were Celtic fans, but the idea that even with sellouts selling tix to Celtic fans, there was NEVER a question that it was a Laker house. Never. Dodger fans pack the stadium during the playoffs (or did, I stopped even checking in on baseball after the Astros thing)

I really hope this is overblown, but it likely isn't.

The only upside besides that Lions fan getting to go to the game is that so many 9er fans are gonna be wicked disappointed that they chose to spend so much money to watch their team lose in humiliating fashion.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program.

If anyone can snag these tickets, they look like really good ones. Wish I could go.
Sorry for the repost guys. Just don't want those selling tickets getting lost in the burger war thread creep. :laugh1: (In n Out rocks)

I am trying to keep my extra two tickets from going to whiner fans. It is impossible to limit that on the secondary markets.

I like the idea of trying to turn these seats that is a win/win for the Ramily. I have these listed as described on another Rams only fan site on Facebook.

I have these two seats right on the 50 yard line, Home side, section 443, row 3, aisle seats 1 & 2. There are only three rows in the section with no one behind you and feet from concessions. I am asking $995 for each ticket and selling them as a pair.

PM me if interested.

GO RAMS!!!

Add on from original post: I am adding or best offer by 4pm this Saturday. Please be reasonable and respectful.

All right guys this is my last attempt before I have to list them somewhere else. I have two sets of aisle seats row 13 in 537 and 538 across aisle from each other. Asking 525 each or best offer. Cheapest in this section on StubHub is $820 right now.

I never thought anyone was questioning me. It turned out someone was questioning the process.

This a thread specifically to help others sell and buy tickets well below market rates cutting out the secondary middle man sites.

I wish that others would respect the topic without making it into a bitchfest on how they wish the world was different or go way off the threads purpose.

Hi!

Do you happen to have 3 tickets, or even 5? Or just the two?

Do you have to wear masks at these games, and if so does that kind of ruin the experience?

Fair enough.

I can't travel or I'd likely go. Were it not for the COVID issues, the wife would likely force me to go (she's AMAZING at making sure I don't cheap out on once in a lifetime opportunities)

You have to wear masks to get in but once you are in your seats, most people aren't wearing them. Everywhere else it's kinda optional but it seems like most wear it when away from the seats. Team store will definitely make you wear one. That was my experience at the playoff game against the Cards.

Yes, it's definitely like that right now. The selling fees I personally think mess up a lot of sales. Your offer is way better than most out there for sure.

This isn’t any kind of shot, because, obviously, guys on here are trying to keep tickets in the Rams family.

But.. it could be really ugly on Sunday… meaning very red.

There are a lot of complicated factors… but the reality is there are more 9ers fans willing to pay big to see this game than Rams fans.

I’m part of that. I just can’t pay $1000 plus right now for a couple of tickets. .

I'll be there but I can't personally rag on folks who can't shell out the cash it takes to go. It is definitely costly as my ticket (although a good one) cost me. For me, I'm taking it as a moment that may never arrive as I loathe the 49ers and would be brought to tears of joy if we eliminate those bitches in the biggest game at home. I don't care how much red is going to be out there but I will be cheering my ass off and talking shit (in a good civilized and fun way lol) when we get the dub. On a side note, I hope we do outnumber them.

Nail on the head brother.

I totally get how many can not afford to spend a grand for a ticket. Most all my life I could not also.

This issue is new because of how the place turns red with the whiners. They are paying that grand a ticket. And fans like me can not help that.

I am not going to try and change something by throwing hundreds of dollars out of the window for two less whiner fans. Which the way some talk about this (not just here but largely all over the web) it is the fans who are responsible. I think all can see here us fans are trying, but other fans can't or won't help. So it is what it is.

I had one person who was interested in these seats I had at the value I was offering. One. And didn't even receive an offer at any price from anyone else.

These are great seats. The people I know who have sit there loved them. They are unique in their position.

These are now going on the secondary market where someone will pay about $500 more for the pair after all the service fees. And they likely will be wearing red.

Sorry folks, I tried. On other sites as well. No one seems to be able to sell their seats to Rams fans.

GO RAMS!!!
