Hmmm...lower combined score than the Super Bowl.

Glad the Bears blew it!

Next up...the LA Rams!

No both defenses aren’t good. GB gave the Bears 3. The GB D looks good because of how poorly Trubisky is playing.

No, GB re-loaded their defense. Second year of continuity. Give credit when it's due. Saying it's bad offense...no matter who the team is...is a disservice to defense. Especially in today's NFL.

Sorry Angry. That was some pretty bad football - especially on offense and especially by the cubs offense.

With someone to replace Matthews? I like to know whom that individual is. I don’t know if reloaded is a good word to describe after they unloaded a key to their D...

Dont need to replace one player with another. The drafted and signed a bunch of new guys to fit their scheme.

I dont agree. GB stopped the run game, clawed at the ball, pushed WRs OoB and had a pass rush. Yes, Chicago didn't play well and yes that contributes. Bur its still good defense.

Curious...what does consist of a good defensive performance? Any team's offense would have that "they didn't play well" line against good D.

Holding a team down when their O-line is blocking and their QB can hit the broad side of a barn would be good for starters.

Which is what GB did...OL was opening holes for David Montgomery early, which ended pretty quick...Mitchell Trubisky had passes that were jarred loose, dropped, or pushed OoB....

Well, I'm 0-1 for the season just like the Bears.

Defenses have the early advantage. Like I stated before it's only the first game in a 16 game season. Bears try to pass on 3rd and afoot. They go backward when almost in FG range. I don't why they were hurrying up before the 2 minute warning. They should have slowed down and made better play calls. They created pressure on themselves when they did have to.

Trubisky was flat TERRIBLE. Sure he had a few decent passes but if you thought that was good offense, I just don't know what to tell you.

Never said that. Said he had throws that were dropped or knocked out even if they were caught.

Ugly. Both defenses are good - but both offenses look kinda bad

We see this at the start of every season. Defenses always have an edge in the first few weeks. You can't accurately judge a teams offense in week one, nor the defense that played against it.
