The game is over why risk possible injury for 6 more points
Because our offense still needs work.
Not a bad thing to hand it off there instead of taking a knee. No biggie though either way.

I would have liked to see us try and getting a rushing TD, we haven't had one all year. . . .
At the risk of one of our starters going down with nothing to gain from it?

Oh, I should relax for defending my team? Interesting. BTW, I am not frustrated by the teams play, but by all the negativity on this board.

You're not the only one who is frustrated by this :ww: The mods have been discussing this too. I don't want to speak for X or the other mods, but we are trying to walk a fine line.

Several of the mods (maybe all, but again, I can't speak for them) have brought this up, and we are trying to not censor people and let them have their say, while also not forgetting what this board was founded for. I have taken note of a few posters here today that I feel have questionable motives, and the other mods are paying attention too.

I know this is probably not the best place for me to discuss this, so I won't any further, I just want people who are feeling that the negativity is going too far to know that they shouldn't fear that this place is going to become a safe haven for the agenda driven posters that seem to pervade some other boards.

And, as I am sure you know, you guys can always shoot one of us a pm if things are getting out of hand in your opinion and we seem to have missed it.

Oh, and RAMS WIN!!!!!! :ja: :ja: :ja: :ja: :ja:

EDIT: Sorry guys! I only meant to quote DRRAM! I was only replying to his post to reassure him and others that we won't let this place become a negative zone, I didn't mean to imply anyone being quoted was a problem. Sorry again!

Guys get hurt in practice, the weightroom and walking their doggy. Fisher took a knee out of respect and sportsmanship.
Your argument is invalid.

Rams win. :dancin:

If we're just gonna slant to Austin, why not run?
Because in Tavon, we are supposed to get RAC.
Dude's getting covered all over the place. If we're gonna throw to a guy where everybody on the defense is gonna converge on him we might as well run instead of putting the brunt on a rookie WR of all things.
I hope the Rams hire one of the many QB's and OC's in this forum once Bradford is cut, and Shotty is fired.
Your frustration is duly noted, but the sentiment is bad.

You don't need to be a chef to know when something is cooked terribly. You don't need to be an NFL OC to know when plays aren't going to work.

Even the announcers pointed it out, are they being negative too? Nah man nah, pointing out something isn't working isn't the worst thing ever, relax.

Why do the coaches insist on not letting Stacy be our primary HB? He's clearly the best HB on the team.
So why risk getting him injured when the game is over?

I'm talking more about continually subbing him out for Richardson when it was clear that he was the best HB on the team today. I wouldn't give them a 50-50 split. Richardson has no pop this year and his vision is lacking. Stacy looked great.

It has to do with two things IMO

1: Change of pace. Gotta mix it up.

& the biggest one

2: Stacy has had one carry prior to todays game. He may be in shape but they don't hit like that in practice. I feel like they are possibly trying to ease him into a full load.

IMO, change for the sake of change isn't a good thing. But Stacy got hurt so I understand why they held him out.

I think we have to be somewhat realistic too. Stacy has done well, but against JAX. Let's see what he does against some of the good teams before we get overly excited.
Not to mention he was a little banged up earlier. Don't want to mess up a good thing just before it starts.

Yea, saw they held him out due to an injury. I take what I said back.

Right people get hurt all the time so why risk it when the game is over just because you have a difference in opinion doesn't make my statement less valid.

Say if we scored a running TD and Jake long broke his leg on the play
What would we have gained on the play

I actually quite enjoyed going to this game. I'll take this win over a loss any day and especially Sunday.

:cheese:

And yes, I'm hoarse from screaming my lungs out. I think I was yelling every down the defense was on the field...

The wife and I were at the game as well, and man was it a fun one. If you saw the four guys in body paint that got escorted out and brought back in with shirts on you probably saw us too - we were right below them.
We took in the Blues game Saturday night - a 7-0 drubbing of the Panthers so it was a great weekend to be a St, Louis sports fan

What row were you in? I was in row 449, seat 2, wearing a Rams hat.

The Blues game was just fucking awesome to watch on TV. I wish I could've been there in person, though.
