do you mean according to the books?
If you're referring to me then no, I haven't read the books.
Then how do you know the mountain is dying slowly and didn't just expire after the skull crushing. He did have a spear in his gut afterall.
Deduction my dear Watson. I figure the spear head was poisoned and that it will take a while for him to croak. Besides, the fact that he had enough strength to crush a man's skull after being gutted by a spear indicates that he had some significant life left in him. It is a fantasy you know. Maybe he passed on right after the end of the episode. Who knows?

He is small enough to ride one of those Dragons. It would be cool to watch him burn his father while attacking the city.
Nailed it.He's been sentenced already, so my guess is he's either killed (who the hell knows with this author), or he escapes with the help of Jamie, who's by now way too invested in his brother's welfare to let anything happen to him. Particularly after that story about Orson and the beetles. That story seemed to really resonate with Jamie. Like he sees his brother as a feeling, caring, compassionate human being - and not so much just the object of his father's contempt and ridicule. He sees who the more valuable human being is in this feud now.
Without giving it away....did I miss that the person(s) going to the wall was going that way? It seemed like they sprung it on us. It was a peculiar way to do things. I dont see how the numbers match up. The timing was a bit odd as well. It seemed that they short changed Jon.
I had forgot that till started watching it earlier. Good point.Remember the Red Goddess told Stannis Baratheon "the real war is to the North a few episodes ago
