I dont get why guys hold on ST's.

It's a big penalty when field position is going to be key. It pretty much forces us to get a first or the Cards are getting good field position on the punt.

Run game just has to play better or the offense is going nowhere. We don't have an elite QB or WR. So the run blocking has to nut up.
