Looks like a Chile Verde Burrito.
My favorite way to eat Chile Verde or Tamales is for breakfast with steamed / fried eggs.

should be fine with the one i linked then.. i've done all those except sausage - also did turkey (like thanksgiving size), sirloin jerkey, ham, and prime rib.

Crab legs and snow crab are something else in the smoker - particularly with cherry juicy juice in the water bowl and cherry wood
