I'm thinking fish on Sunday Night, some Grilled Lemon Garlic Red Snapper with my favorite vegatable off all time asparagus and some onions for color along with a nice Cabernet Sauvignon.

I’m making a pizza from scratch. I’m throwing some ground Titan on for flavor.

According to the Weather Guessers... it's gonna be freezing here Saturday and Sunday. Highs both days here according to those morons is only gonna be 70°.

With those winter conditions, I think I'll make my chilli to help keep me from freezing my ass off. It takes me a full day to make, so I'll probably make it on Saturday.

I made a Cincinnati style chili last week for pretty much the first time. I always use a whiff of cinnamon in my chili, but this style called for a TBSP. I was nervous as hell putting that much cinnamon in there, haha. Allspice too.... But it turned out amazing. Adding it to my chili repertoire....or arsenal if you will.

Wow... I wouldn't have thought of cinnamon.

My chilli recipe feeds an army. Couple of interesting ingredients in mine... almost a whole bottle of red wine, 2 beers, and honey.

Oh, I would love to compare chili recipes with u some time over beers, haha. I actually never use a recipe, just wing it with certain, Faceplant specific staples. I use beer, never used wine, but I like that idea. Honey? You betcha. I put this in, and sometimes ON my chili.

I've also made the skyline chili which represents ingredients in pastitsio. Friends say it isn't real chili. Not traditional, just different, but good.
