Far above Cayuga’s waters,
With its waves of blue,
Stands our noble Alma Mater,
Glorious to view.

Lift the chorus, speed it onward,
Loud her praises tell;
Hail to thee, our Alma Mater!
Hail, all hail, Cornell!
Nice, that was almost..almost mind you as great as that French Traditional tune you posted referencing the Montreal Alouettes a few years back

Bravo Sir

No idea what’s on the menu yet, gonna keep it simple I suppose

Ever try cottage cheese instead of ricotta?

It is kind of a old school substitution when ricotta prices were high.

Yes. Growing up that was how it was made in our house. 5 kids…, It probably was cost related.

I might make homemade clam chowder with fresh clams.
Never made it with home made clams. Sounds delicious. Usually will make mine for 9ers week in a mini sourdough bowl with bacon cause everything is better with bacon.

Okay… appetizers it is.
  • Onion rings (they just sound good)
  • Made a “million dollar dip” (for chips/crackers)
  • Taquitos
Drinks; spiced cider and sour beer. Got a variety.

I’m set like a King.

Go Rams!

CGI - I’m always curious to your eating style.Seems bazar sometimes, but I dig the passion.
The enjoyment you get for your football (Ram)Sunday’s

I think like a Big Porterhouse bone funkyied out would be my go to & get creative. —Lions & Goff- I’d probably make sure it was carved standing up & beating out.Marinate it before searing or B.B.Qing.

Spiced Cider & bear is not my thing, but have been doing a weird voodoo & Xmas cider beer mix this week.Beer prices have gone CRAZY.Love a $16 12 pack of 9% voodoo’s though.-Don’t drink more than a 6 pack.Be careful of mixing.

Appetizers sound great. You have a little fryer & bake premade?

Sauce - creamer side that doesn’t go with the Rings? Dipping sauce 4 Rings
or straight ketchup.GF ketchup on pancakes so that says enough on my side.

Taquitos-? Meat ? Fryer again ?

Your just about making me go by one.Airfryers are the bomb for some.I’m an oil guy as of now.

Keeping fryer strained & saying & using different oils is a place in my life I want to get to.

—sorry if my posting is 2 whacked out.

NE or Manhattan?

Seeing Selassie missed out last week on the Red NY sewer water chowder.
Tampa you could still go With Pure White Boy NE Chowder with added Conch.

I’d say with Goff from Bay Area as well. Go with the Cioppino. Throw in the kitchen sink.Spice It UP!!
Clean out the freezer while you can. Shrimp, cod, scallops.White fish, mussels?

—Some Detroit double Rye Bread with heater up Cioppino. Sounds like a winner. Keep a pot of the main base on the stove.Heat up as needed adding seafood as you go.

I will use the air fryer @So Ram, and may use oven with some of that… but I like it when someone cooks with oil. Tastes better in most cases.

With first game starting 2pm here, I chow off and on from 1pm to 6pm. Spread it out. Cook at different times. Games fall at a sweet spot for that approach.

I like variety and if anyone is around… they usually like something I make.

… I eat waaaay healthier during the week.

I've got a batch of gumbo in the slow cooker to take to some friends tonight. House smells delightful.

I think we'll try this recipe for banh mi style tacos for the game tomorrow.

These are premade, frozen. Chicken.

I had some a couple of weeks ago that tasted like the southwest eggrolls at Chili’s Bar and Grill.

I will have bacon as a topper. That's a must. Sourdough bread too.

Making this awesome dip as well. Sausage dip.

Use a medium or hot ground sausage, a jalapeno, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Cook the sausage mixing in the diced jalapeno. Combine all ingredients and cook until sour cream and cream cheese are fully incorporated.

It's a great dip.
