I'm not sure what I'm going to eat. Maybe I'll decide later?

Chile dogs. I love those Costco all beef dogs. Nothing fancy. Just some chile, cheddar and onions on top of the hot dog. I'm more a burger and hot dog kinda guy than a steak guy.

Love the Mexican food too. Meat, beans and salsa inside a huge flour tortilla covered with cheddar and sour cream on the side.

Dang, now I can't decide.

I hot up at 5 am to fire up my smoker and prep my meat.

Smoking 2 pork shoulders today for my fiances birthday gathering.
The store didn't have Boston Butts, so I went with the picnic cuts, which are great for pulled pork, they just take me longer to trim.

So tomorrow's menu will be leftovers of.

Pulled pork sandwiches with a vinegar based bbq sauce and cole slaw.
(Also made this morning)

Crock pot mac n cheese.

Cold beer and maybe an Old Fashion or two

Guys what is traditionally in a Cuban sandwich? My GF said "Cuban sandwiches" when I asked her what Yank food she wanted for NFL night! Ham and Turkey right?

According to this; Link

Cuban bread, ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard

You could tell her you “heard” Reuben sandwiches.... if YOU prefer those. :D

@CGI_Ram Gave you the ingredients. But he left out the vital step for a Cuban...

Once you have all the ingredients put onto the sandwich... you have to then put the whole thing in a cooking press and press it so the bread and cheese get cooked. I have a sandwich press for this... it's kinda like a waffle iron.

grabbed 4 dz oysters from my buddies farm and traded for a dozen for some fresh quohogs with my neighbor. So I am doing some oyster po'boys on home made sour dough rolls, stuffies (baked stuffed clams) with chorizo, some baby backs in the Traeger pellet grill, along with some roasted butternut squash with spiced apples

Decided to go with ribs in the end - I have rubbed them and they are happily marinating! Dont have access to a BBQ here in my flat so they will need to be finished under the grill but I'm sure that wont make too big a difference.

Going to do some dogs as well.

I always hate these game day food threads.

1) They always make me drool.

2) So much shit sounds good that I get all fucked up trying to make a decision what I'm gonna do. I'll read someone's plan and think I'll go with that too, then later someone says Ribeye.

3) I don't know how to cook 9 out of 10 things on here.

4) I just end up with getting Popeye's or Subway and feel depressed knowing that @Dagonet guy is probably eating some tasty shit right now.

So, piss off everyone!

I just took my ceviche out of the fridge to give it a big stir. Finished it last night and it's been perfectly simmering. I may have to add this to The Favorite Breakfast Thread LOL... as I just took a few bites of it.

Looks tasty. That with hogfish? I like to use tuna or snapper. And mango too (looks like you may have some in there also).
