The store didn't have Boston Butts, so I went with the picnic cuts, which are great for pulled pork, they just take me longer to trim.
So tomorrow's menu will be leftovers of.
Pulled pork sandwiches with a vinegar based bbq sauce and cole slaw.

Looks tasty. That with hogfish? I like to use tuna or snapper. And mango too (looks like you may have some in there also).I just took my ceviche out of the fridge to give it a big stir. Finished it last night and it's been perfectly simmering. I may have to add this to The Favorite Breakfast Thread LOL... as I just took a few bites of it.
