Agreed. Evans doesn't need anyone's pity. He's gonna get some stick from fans, big fucking deal. He'll move on to his next career and do just fine, given the degree and money he's made in his short NFL window.

Not everyone who plays college ball is cut out for the NFL. He's foolish in that he even tried with the Vikings. What made him think that it would be easier for him there? He gave it his best shot and now it's time to find some other way to make a living. The fact he stuck around with the Rams for so long and then actually got a tryout with the Vikings tells me he should be selling used cars.
