Well this our locker room. A place where we can be mad, happy, sad, talk shit, or praise.
And I am crying over here for letting you guys down with my recent posts...

Don't cut me coach!

I get that he sucked as a player, but the level of personal hate towards him is kind of shitty. I guarantee he was doing his absolute best. His best just wasn't good enough. In a season where we needed warm bodies on the OL, he was out there, putting his health on the line week after week, and feeling terrible that he wasn't able to do a good enough job for his teammates. Weren't there reports last year that he was in tears after games, knowing he was letting the team down? That is fucking rough.

Yeah, as one of those on the vanguard of the “dump Evans brigade”, I still wish him well in life and bear him no ill will. I just want him FAR away from our OL

There are lots of great jobs out there for college graduates nowadays. Like, for example...

I would be in real trouble if I ran into Blythe or Evans if they did read this forum
I don't see the comparison or any relation between those two players.

Bobby Evans was a relatively high draft pick who only showed up on occasion while Blythe was a late round draft pick who made a career for himself and turned himself into a above average starter.

If I had to be brutally honest Evans did seem to regress over the years and he never appeared to be in the same physical shape as the other OL. Making the NFL snd starting as many games as he did is quite an accomplishment. I wish him well and thank him for his Rams service.

I use to criticize both Blythe and Evans heavily when they were Rams

We could’ve had Maxx fucking Crosby with the Evans pick…
