I am just saying even though i wish the rams had WON that superbowl against the steelers,I can still watch and enjoy it which i cant for the Rams superbowl win against the Titans for one obvious reason i dont need to mention.

Thank you for not doing that. We don't do that here.

LOL.Like I said, give me the RAMS/STEELERS superbowl over the even the Rams/Titans superbowl ANY day of the year.LOL I'll take it everytime.
Not me. I am a RAMS fan, period. Loyalty over location. Did you grow up in LA or something? I see that you are in KC now, so I am kind of confused why so much hate for the STL years...

You were rooting against the Rams in that SB?
I think he said that, because his hatred of Georgia Frontiere overtook his love for the team.

I can't hold that against him because of all the hell she put fans through, but I hung in and stayed as big a Rams fan in spite of her.

Yeah, I'm not even mad at KC, just curious why so much hate for the STL years. I get the hate for Georgia, so maybe it is tied to that. She sucked....

Yeah, exactly.
Now, if the Rams changed their name and colors, like the Houston Oilers did moving to Tennessee, I'd of exited stage left. But, fortunately they stayed the Rams even in St. Louis!

Well hell, I hated Georgia....What's funny is that I live in Kansas and never stopped being a fan, and it appears that KC resumed his fandom after the team returned to LA. Long ago I figured that I moved all over the place, and so I figured the Rams were my team regardless of whether they moved. I lived in Sacramento when the Niners won their Super Bowls in the early 1980's. I was in Chicago when the Bears won it all....I never considered becoming a fan of theirs.

I'm a Rams fan, regardless of location.

Georgia sucked, I get it... but damn, thats all. I was just asking because I was shocked.
That game broke my heart lol

I am not at all mad or judging @KCLARAM FAN for not being a Rams fan until 3 years ago and 22 years before that.
I almost feel bad for him that he couldn't enjoy the gsot or appreciate just how great this feels having been through the previous decade of meh.
I know some guys who were diehards in st louis and they are missing out now...
My motto is never let people who have never played a snap take away your team.

same as WHY i hated the raiders when they were in LA and WHY i will hate them with the same passion when they go to vegas, they dont belong in vegas or LA,they belong in OAKLAND.

even though the raiders are not a team i like, the past 20 years i have never had anything against them as i did when they were in LA when i hated them with a fury. thats why i LOVE it the chargers are bombing in LA with the fans.LOL

and no i get that all the time, you would think i was from LA but thats not the case at all.I hate to say i have lived here in boring kansas my whole life while DREAMING of living in california my whole life.my heart has always been in california but phycially i have been here my whole life but i never liked the chiefs, just was always a fan of the LOS ANGELES Rams.it is so magical for me to hear those three words mentioned again.I always dreamed of those days but did not think it was ever going to happen again.

Its screwed up BIG TIME that i was not born in LA,thats for sure.should have been,

As a St. Louisan, I'll enjoy an undefeated Super Bowl win in LA just as much - if not more - than the 1999-2000 Rams Super Bowl against the Titans.

Think of that...The Rams record would probably never be broken, because the '72 Dolphins did it in a 14 game season. The Patriots screwed the pooch in the SB.....

My family had season tickets all seasons at Anaheim. The very last home game there, a loss to Washington, someone hung a huge banner out with about two minutes left in the game. It was an all white banner with huge black letters that read (excuse my french), "GEORGIA IS A baby door!". That was a sad day, but at the time a nice goodbye letter for Georgia.

The 99 season was magical and the game against the Titans was an amazing, nail biter of a finish.

Seasons dont get better, Super Bowls are rare and the games are not always great.

I love, LOVE what this team is doing, 7-0 is amazing and I believe we can take it all... but there is no need to compare it with this teams greatest moment ever. (not that anyone is)

There will never be as great a season for a fan of a team as the '99 Rams. What a year! From getting Trent Green, to losing him, to the surprise 3 TDs by Warner in game one against the Ravens, knocking off the 9ers after losing 17 straight to them...so many storylines and moments...to many to list now. I'm with you. The '99 Rams was the most amazing team sports season ever, bar none!

That would do it for me too..........they wouldn't be the Rams and so I would find a different team I guess.

Georgia sucked

When she died a lot of people were saying nice things about her. I couldn't bring myself to do it.

As a St. Louisan, I'll enjoy an undefeated Super Bowl win in LA just as much - if not more - than the 1999-2000 Rams Super Bowl against the Titans.

That would be so sweet, but man the first one and how it just came out of nowhere was SUCH a magic carpet ride. I was a bit nervous for the game because TENN had handled the Rams pretty well.

I remember walking into a convenience store and seeing this SI cover and grabbing a copy as fast as I could.
