Heaven forbid we actually get to play our home game at home. Screw the Chefs and their fans. Besides - since when does the field at the Coliseum provide us with a big home field advantage. Don't we have a better record on the road since we moved back?

It would be a huge black eye if they have to move the game. Of course, if the field is still in unacceptable playing condition and it results in injuries and players falling down and awful play, it won't be a good look for the Mexico series either. This really seems like a bad situation regardless.

In my opinion, it has to be moved to LA. It's a Rams home game anyways.

It's unfortunate for the NFL and the Mexico fans, but that field is not safe and I don't want the Rams or the Chiefs to lose a key player to injury because of that field..


EDIT: Actually, I think both the Chiefs and Rams have a bye week after this game. I wonder if maybe it's postponed and serve this week as the bye and play the game next week?

Last I heard we couldn't have Monday night games at the Coliseum because of school. Is that not correct?

I'm never going to find it, but I remember reading something this year when the schedule was being released stating that weeknight games during school aren't prohibited, but the NFL realizes the logistics of moving 80,000 NFL fans in and out of the Coliseum on a weeknight isn't great.

I've never been a season ticket holder, so I don't know how this works. Did ST holders get Mexico City tickets as part of their package this year? Or did they get a discount package for this trip? If they move the game back to LA, I wonder if they can do a MNF game at the coliseum? If not do they play on Sunday....What a mess...

For Rams season ticket holders International games are not included. Tickets are actually sold by the NFL for international games, not the Rams/teams. We were given presale access to buy tickets. If the game were to get transfered here I would assume we would get our normal seats, but who knows. It would definitly be a goat fuck.

If I was an NFL player and I injured myself on an unsafe field, I'd sue the shyte out of the NFL....Especially one that the NFL knew was unsafe beforehand, but chose to play it anyway...
