I think that was over the top OS. You're better than that man.
Perhaps it was, but this isn't the first thread he's started arguments/discussions in about this topic. A thread about peoples generosity is a good thing, there even happens to be one about the Rams players doing exactly that. A wider NFL generosity or all sports one wouldn't be a bad thing either. Instead of getting on a soapbox in a thread when somebody doesn't speak glowingly of somebody he thinks highly of.

Yes we all know your soapbox issue. By all means start a thread to discuss those you want to be sainted. This thread is about the now open GM and head coach positions with the Falcons and how it could impact them and the players under contract.
Well if you don't understand how Blank operates, Fuck Off.

Owners control what goes on there there deet da deet.

I just have zero concerns with someone giving compliments to another team's owner. Which is in line with the conversation. Your response just seemed aggressive like you got some unfinished business with the poster or something.

Happens to all of us btw. Have done it myself. Cheers.

Couldn't care less about the poster I replied to. Just don't want more threads where we're discussing the NFL devolve into a battle about the virtues of somebody who doesn't even play the game. We all know how well that would go over again if we start talking about Georgia or Stan. It's not needed around here and a thread about peoples charitable habits would again IMO be a good idea. I post in the Rams players and organization one whenever I see something. But judging from other peoples activity in that thread which I think is incredibly important people around here don't give a shit about somebody else's charity work which is unfortunate.

Jets are going to win the Lawrence sweepstakes. They may not win a game all year.
Just looked at the Jets schedule, and they play Miami in back to back weeks. Thats goofy.
But you're right, I cant see a game they can possibly win. Only thing is that they are so dumb, might they stick with Darnold even if they get the #1 overall?

It’s the Jets so if they stick with Darnold he will be out of the league in 2 years and the team the Jets trade the pick to will draft Lawrence and win at least 3 Super Bowls.

And if the Jets do draft Lawrence he will probably suffer a career ending injury.

that team is jinxed.

Dimitroff was a good GM for a while. He was hitting on the picks, making the right moves, (like trading up for Julio). I'd like to know what changed. That was a good team for a while. Was Quinn getting too much input in picks? Maybe they just didn't mesh?

Every time I see a team fire a coach I think, there goes McConnel and Staley. The Jets will hire a defensive minded coach after Gase's flop and the Falcon will hire an offensive minded coach.
