Tutu did show flashes at times. He can track down the deep ball and make the catch. Saw a couple nice sideline catches. His hands are good enough. But he's gotta develop trust with the quarterback if he wants to be more than the occasional deep guy. I think because Skow can do more than be a receiver he'll be the WR3. Tutu would be a liability as a blocker.

He did show me he has good hands last year, so there’s something positive going in; however, I’m gonna wait until we see him against another team’s secondary before I get too excited—ours isn’t really a good test just yet.

Yeah, Tutu has always had good hands. That's never been a knock on him... say, unlike Tavon Austin.
