The Rams pass rushers have the best pressure rate in the NFL. 41%. Hurts can be evasive but he can also be careless. Hopefully it leads to a fumble and pick or a couple of picks. But our offense is going to have to capitalize on them. It's gonna be interesting.

The Eagles also have an excellent secondary.

I was very happy in late-April when the Rams drafted Jared Verse. Seven months later, I am absolutely ecstatic about having Verse ... Great Pick!

However, if the Rams had not taken Verse, I was hoping for Quinyon Mitchell, who I was shocked lasted until the 24th overall pick. I think Mitchell would have also been a Great Selection.

You can probably put a price on that bond between Verse & Fiske -- but, why bother?!?!!!
This a fun tandem to watch!

I think if the Rams can slow that Eagles rush there will be some room for our pass game to get into a good flow. It is my suspicion that Nacua is playing through pain, so I don't think he's his usual self. But he and Kupp even in current form are a tough underneath matchup when Stafford has time.

What worries me is if this ends up being a defensive struggle. Because I think the Eagles secondary will give up fewer blown coverages than ours will.

Maybe these the type of games.....against good D's and secondaries.....where D Rob shows up big.

Wondering if Philly elects to start the game with Carter over Dotson or Avila. If it was me it would be Avila from the first snap, because I bet you Dotson handles his young ass just fine. I think Carter's power is a better matchup vs Avila given that he's been out.

What is strange is that I feel so confident about our OL this week. Philly's front is going to be a problem. They should be. But I have a feeling in my gut that we're gonna see a fine outing by the boys up front. I think they're hitting their stride with Limmer at the pivot.
