I can't even fathom lifting that much weight.

I always hear that Saffold was the strongest Ram, does anyone know what he benches? Also would be interested to know what Shu is benching.

Su was doing sets up to 345 (5x) in 2011, Saffold was benching 420 in 2013. Don't know what they're at currently.

Agreed! I'm 5'4" and 155 and the most I ever got was 225. We worked out almost every single day on my 2nd deployment to Afghan. Even though I could put it up, I could just yell that it was so much weight on my smaller frame 495 would frikken hurt me lol.
