Another thing to consider is the amount of wear and tear on his body. Check out his total carries while at Wisconsin not to mention his years in Indianapolis.
This dude's been run hard and put away wet....

Nope.

Taylor would fit any team that can and wants to run the ball. Most of the run centric teams already have not only a starter but one or two guys lined up behind him.

Any team that pays a 1st round pick then pays him top end money is just begging to have a new GM next year. IMO

A disgruntled RB coming off an injury and looking for a big new contract? What's not to like?

No one is trading a 1st for him

Taylor to the Rams was discussed on Sirius today. They said how McVay loved Gurley and Akers hasn't been that. Akers to Indy plus draft picks would be ideal per Sirius. McSnead would have to make it work financially.
I said before he was drafted that McVay was probably drooling over Taylor.

So I think he’s a fit and would be a great addition. But not worth what may be a top ten pick.

Totally agree that trading a 1st for him is not a smart move. However I highly doubt he'll fetch that. I think a 3rd and some other pick will do it if Indy truly wants to trade him. If that's the case, Rams should do it imo.

I could be wrong, but I think the Rams are beyond trading and signing this year, at least marquis players. Of course Taylor fits, but he isnt in the story this year.

I like but don't love our RB room, that being said I don't want us to pay the price that it would take to get JT.

Only 1 team is stupid enough to make this trade...

Browns on lines 1,2 and 3.

Heard a rumor that Miami is kicking the tires on trading for him. With Tua on a rookie deal they've got cap space and the assets to get it done
Really think after they traded for Jalen and whatnot that they are all in on this year. If that's the case Taylor may make some sense there.....

Iirc their draft picks next year are limited. First second then a fifth sixth and seventh

Could definitely see that, however another all in team could be the Eagles.

A 4th round pick for him would be a steal. Big physical backs with his home run speed aren't easy to find.
Big backs with tons of carries and an injury he won't let team doctors check on are a huge red flag. Anybody trading for him especially ially without full medical are foolish

He's probably doing that because he obviously really doesn't want to play for them. There was a guy named Ramsey that was hurt and was miraculously healthy once he was traded. Anyone trading for him will put him thru a physical and if he fails, the trade would void. Pretty standard for most if not all trades I believe.

Then he's an idiot. An idiot that is a year younger than Josh Jacobs and has about 400 more carries than Jacobs.
