The light seems to be coming on for the kid. Hopefully he appreciates getting a 2nd (3rd?) chance.

He's got the physical tools, almost looks like Ramsey out there at times.

You have to lets young CBs develop, they all make mistakes and get penalties until they learn to be subtle.

Kendrick has been one of the better corners in the league since his benching. He looks particularly impressive on the ALL-22.

As a young developing CB, he's struggling with the balance between being in position and living on the edge to make the splash plays. All indications are that he is very coachable, so excited to see what his true upside ends up being.

It's crazy when you see his athleticism exposed when he is out of position or makes a mistake. But somehow he gets the job done more often than not by technique, position, and scrap. Gotta respect his effectiveness out there. It's impressive man. I generally don't worry about him too much, even when I see him make a mistake he generally bounces back.

That period he had after his arrest I think was just too much shit on his mind. Glad he's back either way.

Both he and Witherspoon seem to have short memories. They just keep bringing it, no matter what happens.

I think he sees himself as another Ramsey and models him—he even copies Ramsey’s mask style. Which is all fine by me!

The fact that Kendrick plays physical makes him hard to hate. Even with the constant stupid penalties and lack of coverage technique.

Recent weeks, he's been playing subpar WR competition. But he has made plays and cut out the dumb shit.

Props to him and I hope he continues grinding and growing. He has looked good out there.

These final weeks he's really got a chance to show he can be part of the starting group in 2024 and beyond.

Seems like he was decent again?
I only remember one play where he was in zone coverage and Jackson basically threw over him. But if he drops back a bit like Moose suggested in the broadcast then he gives up the easy pass in the flat. It looked to me like it was Fuller who should have been over the top there but wasn't. Yeah I agree though another good game from him.

Fuller seems to have had a couple bad games in pass coverage, with a few good plays mixed in.

Witherspoon was beaten badly on the play he got the INT on and should thank Jackson for a badly underthrown ball.

Yup.

Getting one stud corner and one stud edge will transform this D, imo.

But Safety will be a need as well.

Fuller is inconsistent as hell. So is Spoon. Both of them will be gone next season.

I'm not sure who it will be but I think an edge in free agency will be easier to add than a CB in free agency.

Still one of the funnies things I ever read was Spoon was a CB1 and will be paid like it in the off season :D

I know he’s not everyone’s favorite… but Hunter will hit the market.
At corner.. tougher to see. But maybe sign a decent mid-level FA and go first round here.

He's just such a liability in the run game. And I can't help but shake the feeling he's the guy that disappears after a big pay day. If we sign him I hope I'm wrong but I just don't care for the guy. It's telling to me when NFCN fans hope he stays in Minny and gets paid.

For this division having corners outside the hash that can hold up to the run game is pretty important. That's why I think the Rams will look hard at the kid from Chicago. And if they add him then draft a good safety midround that back end should be quite strong.

From there who knows when an edge is on the board. But at any point if that happens then this defense might start cooking. There are other needs on defense but the Rams overall have a speed problem outside the hash on both sides of the ball so they'll definitely be in the market even if it's just window shopping and raising the bidding.

I'm sorry, but I'm tired of Kendrick yapping like a little Pomeranian every time he does something he thinks is notable but doesn't really matter, and he's given up his fair share of big plays this game as well.

At least he didn't have penalties, but it was not a good game for any member of our secondary, not Kendrick, not anybody.

Please show me the big plays Kendricks game up, because not remembering it happening.

The OBJ double move. Bit on it every time.

I get that he's trying to get interceptions, but I honestly prefer sticky coverage, and he didn't have that.
