Get caught twice with an illegal firearm.....black or not, dumb, thuggish behavior. Taking it the race route is a cop out. Please don't use that inappropriately.

Don't need to check with me for anything but no one mentioned race until your comment. Assumptions are simply being made and I personally think thats messed up to throw that on someone without truly knowing 100% that's what they meant. I wouldn't mind if you asked that poster if they are saying that type of shit cuz he's black, but then again, I'm not trying to tell you how to ask questions either. It's a touchy ass subject that should be treaded carefully on a forum like this. Besides, I don't want this shit locked. I love talking with all of you regardless if we agree on stuff or not.

That's a great question. Can't imagine we'll know until we are updated about his arrest by McVay. All I read was he was pulled over for a traffic violation and somehow his car got searched. I gotta imagine his lawyers will fight to say he was targeted and his car was searched illegally. I'm not a lawyer or anything but would think that may help him. Great question once again.
