Nah cut his ass. He got his 2nd chance. Yes, I'm in that crowd because I believe its a privilege to play in the NFL. Regardless of what I feel, that decision will be left up to the Rams. I personally think it sends the wrong message to this young team to keep giving chances if you do the same dumb shit twice. Where the fuck did I place my pitchfork now?

If they allow him to play it will only reinforce his bad behavior tendencies because he will see there are no consequences to it. It's sending a very bad message to all the other players. Break the law it's okay as long as you are a needed player. At some point you have to draw the line. As a former business owner, I allowed a misdemeanor to slide after talking to the employee. But I told them it was strike one and there will be no strike two in my employment. If they needed help I would help them get that help. But at some point they had to accept the consequences of their actions.
Allowing minor infractions to slide has a tendency to escalate or become habitual. People need to understand there are consequences to their behavior. Lying and theft were the two things that were immediate termination offenses. All my employees knew that from day one. So for McVay to even contemplate allowing Kendrick to play is really a bad move IMO.
