My guess is the Rams do some kind of jersey swap program. When Roquan Smith got traded to Baltimore a couple years ago, he started out as number 18. The next season he changed to 0. He held an event at the Ravens facility where anyone who had his old jersey could exchange it for a new one. Free of charge. As well as get a picture with Roquan. My buddy is a Ravens fan and he got a new Roquan jersey and got to meet him. I could see the Rams doing something similar.

That is why I wait till they retire before I buy a jersey. I have Jack Youngblood, Eric Dickerson, Kurt Warner, and now Aaron Donald. My favorite is Jack Youngblood. I'm afraid to wear Aaron Donald when I go somewhere for fear of getting a stain on it. Jack Youngblood was good to me. Rams are 5-1 when I wear his jersey in the playoffs.

I think maybe Donald will be the choice next year for the Superbowl run. I just need a bib when I'm snacking on chips and salsa. Warner lost to the Lions a couple years ago. I knew it was a mistake to wear that one. Dickerson was the SB run in 2018. And 2020. He's 3-2.

For all I can remember Ben Sko & Cooper Kupp changed there numbers as Rams as well.

I like Mason Taylor but not at 26 and not likely to get to our 90-127 pick cluster. I love Luke Lachey as a later pick he is a pretty intriguing prospect but 4th may be too high and he is probably gone by our 6th round picks.

I’m of the opinion that if they really see Taylor as the best TE for this team, they will have to pull the trigger at #26.
I agree in that he won’t be there at #90. So unless Snead makes a deal getting the Rams into the 2nd round…

I swear every Rams player I buy a jersey for changes their number, leaves the team or retires shortly after. Stafford is the only exception so far.

Haha, my son bought a puka jersey after he met him in the street a couple of weeks ago.

And not the cheap printed one that is much more comfortable to wear. The expensive one, like he owed it to him to buy it. He was just excited I guess.

Wore it once in the usa then came home a few days ago. Couldn't believe his luck. I told him nobody here if going to know the difference, just wear it. Nobody cares.
