How dare he spend time talking about how great the organization is and how grateful he is to be a member of it.

Not as hollow as all the posts about Davante "being a bust", "waste of $20 mil dollars" after only three games...... "cant catch"....blah....blah ... blah.Unless you don't even read what you write, this rings really freaking hollow.
This is what most said on here when I joined"You have no idea how lucky you are. This guy’s brilliant".
Some of us remember the Georgia Frontiere and Billy Devaney days. How dare he spend time talking about how great the organization is and how grateful he is to be a member of it.
Devante said a positive thing and that is the only light that should be shined on it.So me posting a player should be focusing on the most important game of the season rather than others players pay checks is ultra negative? My how some peoples feelings get so hurt these days....
And I never implied or stated Davante should keep his mouth shut, you penned that, not me, so before you try to reprimand me, just make sure you quote exactly what I posted, and not put your little bitchy spin on it.
Devante said a positive thing and that is the only light that should be shined on it.
I have thought the same thing about McVays Rams for awhile.
The star player should all get together and figure it out. If they want to get all they can get, max everything, get out. But if enough of them agree to a take just little bit less to keep everyone together and happy, WINNING !!! what is wrong with that.
Devante is right on this. He has seen other teams and is offering wise advice to his younger teammates.

Nah, we're likely inking Puka to an extension this offseason and DA is under contract for another year. Timing doesn’t line up for your theory. Will see when we offer Adam's a pay cut so we can ink Puka

I get it..
I think maybe Adam's should be thinking about the Bears and getting himself ready.
Let's us argue over who should get paid what and for how long..... lol
My dad despised Georgia.Or, worse still, the Georgia/Zygmunt/Shaw days.

Watching Rams games in St. Louis between 1995-2010ish was football mecca. Dome was as loud as any venue in the NFL and was great atmosphere to hang out around the dome and down to the landing before and after games. I miss it.My dad despised Georgia.
For some reason my dad had a love affair with the Rams in St. Louis, he felt the Rams Fans in St. Louis were more loyal than LA Fans, and the St. Louis faithful had an elevated level of excitement over LA Rams Fans, though I think he was basing it off the Anaheim experience.
I have to admit my most enjoyable times were at St. Louis for the Rams game..... people were just off the charts cool, and they fed you good. In many ways I miss the people I met out there.
I agree. And it’s always a good time to listen to a veteran who knows what he’s talking about.I’m sure these 1 min conversations had throughout the season isn’t eating into his prep time…
If we did a thread detailing all the players who left the Rams under bad terms, bitter, over money, fighting with management....it'd be a long one. Hacksaw Reynolds, Kevin Greene, Dickerson, Bettis, Warner...on and on and on.Or, worse still, the Georgia/Zygmunt/Shaw days.

Adams, who played all that time in Green Bay, gave the Rams a hell of a compliment. No one was saying what a great organization the Rams were to play for in the 1980s, 1990s ,or 2000s....so it begs the question of what duane is complaining about.
You forgot one of the best ones;
Getting under peoples skin is the point of being a troll.Good Lord, man, that is the most negative response that is humanly possible.
Davantae essentially says, "I love it here, and to you superstars who are coming up for a renewed contract, I think you should consider not playing hardball and give a home-team discount to the Rams because you'll never be happier than you are here."
And the response from @duanevalle22 is to imply, "maybe Davantae should keep his mouth shut and stick to preparing for the Bears."
I mean WTF?
Tons of posters have implied you write "troll" posts, and maybe you should start considering why you get under everyone's skin so often. You say you are a Rams fan, but you repeatedly write shit that has an incredibly inflammatory and negative spin. I could cite dozens of examples but I don't want to waste my time.
I've tried defending you before, but I'm done.
You may think you are a fan and just being honest about your opinions. That may be true. But it's also true that your posts piss off many people on a consistent basis, and I sure wish you'd consider why that keeps happening.
I still have PTSD from the Jay Zygmunt days. Some of us remember the Georgia Frontiere and Billy Devaney days.![]()
