Reminds me of 2017, when Dan Orlovsky was with the Rams in Training Camp. McVay's 1st season / Goff's 2nd.

At an early Team meeting, Orlovsky leaned over towards Jared Goff, and said:
"You have no idea how lucky you are. This guy’s brilliant".

Good Lord, man, that is the most negative response that is humanly possible.

Davantae essentially says, "I love it here, and to you superstars who are coming up for a renewed contract, I think you should consider not playing hardball and give a home-team discount to the Rams because you'll never be happier than you are here."

And the response from @duanevalle22 is to imply, "maybe Davantae should keep his mouth shut and stick to preparing for the Bears."

I mean WTF?

Tons of posters have implied you write "troll" posts, and maybe you should start considering why you get under everyone's skin so often. You say you are a Rams fan, but you repeatedly write shit that has an incredibly inflammatory and negative spin. I could cite dozens of examples but I don't want to waste my time.

I've tried defending you before, but I'm done.

You may think you are a fan and just being honest about your opinions. That may be true. But it's also true that your posts piss off many people on a consistent basis, and I sure wish you'd consider why that keeps happening.

I didn't quote you as saying it, I said you implied it, which is true.

Your implication is that Davantae shouldn't be "focusing... on others pay checks" and instead should spend "every minute....focusing on the most important game of the season."

I didn't imply anything about Davante keeping his mouth shut, he's free to say whatever he likes, and I have always felt Davante adds value to the team.

I view things the way I do with my colleagues at work. I don't provide them any advice on how they should or shouldn't negotiate their pay scale, or what the implications could be if they decide to move on. If they ask for help on any Eng. Projects pertinent to our business with getting them over the bump, I'm right there to help.
