He was a great find my Snead as a UDFA, he solidifies the backend.

He was actually a UDFA picked up by Baltimore and then waived where the Rams picked him up in Oct. 2018.

But it was ABSOLUTELY the amazing scouts on Snead's team that saw his potential in college and convinced the Rams to pick him up on waivers.

The Rams have the best defensive backfield scouts I've ever seen.

While good for him, if he keeps it up he will easily get money elsewhere.

D Will is a fuggin stud. Love pretty much everything about him except his height.... But then again.... Kid has springs in his legs. I <3 this defense so much. Can't remember the last time we had such a bad ass team on that side of the ball. 2018 D was nice, but this feels different.

DW is not even listed as the official starter @ CB opposite Ramsey. He is listed as having 6 starts thus far in 2020 with 3 late last season. DW has yet to play a 16 game season. DW is just now playing in his 4th season. Spent the first season with the Ravens.

I have been banging the drum for DW for a long time now. He is just now starting to shine!

Considering we paid NRC pretty well to keep him, DW's upside and performance totally outshines NRC. Granted NRC got us in the Bowl with his awareness, speed and greatly timed hit, but DW just seems to be on another level right now.
