The problem with Joyner and Peters, is the lack of defensive IQ. They are good when they rely on instinct and athletic ability. But anything past that and they are pretty f*cked. Its why they play better with Talib on the field. Too many low IQ's on the defensive side of the football. In other news, Rams can no longer play it safe with field goals. They need to continue to run the ball but have to put it in the end zone. It sounds obvious, but hopefully McVay doesn't back down and continues to stay aggressive.

Really want to see a revamped secondary next year. How many blown coverages have we seen this year or plays where Peters was sleepwalking (NO, anyone?). Front seven are OK - maybe an upgrade at ILB/OLB and some depth, but secondary has killed us on some big plays this year.
