Really disappointing efforts from most of the SEC-
Bama loses to Mich
Tenn and Tex lose to Fuckeyes
UGA had a poor effort
With the NIL teams like Notre Dame, Michigan & yes Ohio State have more revenue then the likes of Alabama, LSU and even Georgia. Texas, well, they have plenty of resources, however, For the times they are a-changin'

I guess I don't understand "Name, Image, Likeness" rules, I need help understanding what you mean by "NIL teams".
Isn't it illegal for the schools to pay the athletes?

Not anymore. The new athlete-revenue sharing world, at least at the highest levels, will be built on transactional recruiting relationships within a system that permits universities to use direct school funds in a more regulated structure featuring a compensation cap and new enforcement arm.

Oh, my firend ... No ... NO ... and, Fucking No!!!

The rules changed a few years ago. The top players get paid big-$ now.

There's a couple articles that estimate the Ohio State players received $20M in total in 2024.

And FWIW Ohio State was not number one in that category, Texas spent 22 Million.

Whatever RT Cameron Williams was paid this year, he should give some back for his pass block effort on Jack Sawyer at the end of last night’s game.
Couple of things to keep in mind on that play and Williams. Williams is playing hurt, so he's gutting it out and Williams was leaning left because the linebacker (Cody Simon) was a threat too in that area although he stepped back, which enabled Sawyer to get the edge and the rest is history.

For a moment, I thought it was Bobby Evans at RT for the Long Horns.
