It carries over. I think the Rams are done for now in free agency. They will focus on the draft now and when June 1 rolls around the money saved from releasing Kupp along with the cap space will be used to sign the draftees and finishing out the team in the second phase of free agency with a portion set aside for in season needs. Barring any more moves that would be about 28 million.Does the open 2025 cap space carry over to 2026 if not used? If so, I guess in the end it doesn’t matter much - except to give yourself extra 2025 for a major in season move. Otherwise, it’ll carry over and you are at the same spot regardless.
If it does not carry over - then it must mean we really spent a lot recently and need that money.
Edit: it does carry over. So no loss here for 2026 cap space with this post 6/1 designation - unless they use it all up in 2025.
I watched the 9+ minute career highlights of Kupp, Wow! This one hurts. He will forever be a fan favorite. All the love for him as a person and player is well deserved. On another note, our old uniforms and helmets were so amazing.
Two words. Tutu Atwell. From what Kupp stated it seemed like he was open to that which is head scratching but apparently the Rams just wanted to move on.
Yes sir. I hope he does well...In the AFC
Lord, I don't ask for much, please please please do not let Mr.Kupp sign with ANY team in the NFC West. My world would collapse around me if he wears whiner or shecock gear next season. It can't happen.
Any interpreters online? But why he always hurt tbh they shoyluld have been been gone rid of him the best ability is availability

Probably cap space for the rookie class and the regular season.Interesting.
It gives the Rams more options for late free-agent pickups. It provides them protection to sign someone if they have injuries during camp and the season.
Cap space for that “fuck them picks” trade mid season for some stud maybe?Interesting.

Well yeah. I still do. But I meant Rams players.Wait, what? I thought it was you who personified that definition @RamFan503…
