OK has every starting lineman now had a penalty? Awful on offense so far. Definitely need to draft/find some OL help next year. Hard to judge Goff so far - a lot of incompletions since those first two throws. Impossible to get a rhythm with all the penalties. Why can't we run? O line obviously, but Gurley too?
