It looks like the Colts may be missing their starting RG Goncalves this game. They look pretty thin at back up. Hopefully we can exploit that like we have been exploited at back up OG.

I'm concerned with covering Warren. Dude is an animal and not sure our MLB's can hang with him. It appears the Colts biggest deep threat (Pierce) will miss this game, but, AD Mitchell is no slouch as his likely backup. They do have a pretty formidable receiving core.

Key to the game will be getting after Jones and rattling him. It is not too long ago that Jones was throwing more picks then TD's and taking a ton of sacks. Lets have him revisit that era.

Only worry i have for our defense is jones scrambling and extending plays

they have an elite oline, but well still get enough pressure overall to effect him

I thought their RG was Nelson? I'm probably wrong.

Warren is a stud, but I think Lake will rotate in coverage against Warren and hopefully he's up to the task. So far this year besides his rough start against the Texans, Lake has been playing outstanding.

My biggest concern is our CB's (besides Lake) can be bullied, Forbes, Durant, and Williams are all smaller skinny dudes who can get pushed around when it comes to physical play and the Colts have some bigger WR's. Hopefully they come to play Sunday because they will attack our DB's that are left on islands which will happen.

I'm not worried about Jones carving us up, I'm more worried about him extending plays, we need to play smart and hit him like we did with Hurts. He is a QB who gets happy feet when he's rattled.

I was SO ANGRY after the Philly game, I didn't even comment in the "vent thread". The shenanigans started with the bogus taunt call on Puca, and it went downhill from there...especially getting caught in a totally bad defensive call on that Goedert TD. It's over...but not forgotten.

Now it's this Colts team...which is a dangerous trap because by all rights The Rams should win. The question is have the Rams shaken the disappointment last week. The Colts have a young QB that's mobile...and that can be an issue, but it looks like the Ram DLine is now healthy.

I don't think Adams plays in this one and he shouldn't. At his age it takes longer for a hamstring to heal. The Rams have Tutu, Whittington, and plenty of depth.

I usually have a good feel for a game like this...so I see The Rams 31-17...and they move on the 9er week!!!

The Texans fans were pretty confident going into the opener with us. Even though they were on the road against a legit contender. Colts fans on the other hand, even though they're 3-0 don't seem near as confident. More are predicting a Rams win than a Colts win.

The Colts offense has multiple mismatches in their favor vs our secondary. Our advantages are our DL and Jones reverting if we get heat on him.

According to the depth chart, Nelson plays LG. Oddly though, according to that same depth chart, they only have 1 back up OG for either side. Hope its a turnstile for us.

We've gotten a lot of practice on mobile QBs so far, and shut down Hurts and Barkley pretty well. Actually that was amazing; There were plays where our gap soundness was the best I've ever seen anywhere. I expect Shula will dial up something very similar this week.

Obviously Davante not playing would be absolutely terrible buttttt maybe it would force Stafford to actually spread it out more to the other targets. Or he’d just target Puka 25 times lol
I think the biggest problem is that Stafford just has a blind spot where Tutu is.
How often do we see him scrambling around and Tutu open and then he just goes to another receiver and sometimes doesn't hit that other receiver.

Gotta be careful with WR hamstrings

We got good injury news, the colts did not. Colts ruled out 3 starters:
CB - Kenny Moore II - he is their slot CB and a damn good one at that. Puka should see a back up CB, which is great for us
WR - Alec Pierce - their best deep threat. He's been a pretty big part of their offense this season. They do have some solid depth behind him though.
OG - Matt Goncalves - by all accounts, he has been playing very well this season. 7th best OG in the NFL in pass blocking grade. I'd assume a big loss. They appear to be very shallow with depth at OG.
