I blame Georgia for letting that player go. It was ALL her fault. Have I ever told you just how much I hate that fricken b....

That player probably had no choice but to sign with the enemy after the b.... let him go without a contract.

He probably did that just to f... that b.....

From 1965-1990, those three players were the Rams' starting centers.

Three guys for 26 consecutive years at that one position. How Bout That!?!
Just look at the Rams O line depth chart from the 80s. There were future Pro Bowlers sitting on the bench for a few seasons before they got their shot.
The good ole days before free agency which has ruined pro sports. I long for the days when teams kept players for all or most of their careers. The great Rams O lines of the 70s and 80s were something to behold for a true football fan. If we only had the QB and offensive scheme multiple Super Bowls were to be had for us.
Did the owners have too much power ? maybe but I am a fan and could not care less if the players don't have 4 Lamborghini,s in their garages.
2 is enough.
Even the Dodgers, the 10 year infield was great. Used to be about the farm system and it about win now. Sell out for a winning season, tear it up and start over. I look at their roster now and its hart to keep up with the changes.
We sold out, got the SB win but are paying the price right now.
Even if we did not win a SB in the 70s or 80s there were a lot of good memories. Can not win it all every year.

Hey, I have a request for some of you computer guys.

Can you find us a pic of Kevin Green with arms in the air about ready to splatter Joe Montana ? I am sure one exists.
You know, kind of like the Loony Tunes Chicken Heart Monster (Gossamer) ready to grab Buggs Bunny and mangle him !!
